• You have just received three bushels of hot peppers from ******! Hooray! Do you have enough jars?
• You have just been invited to the Town Dance! Hooray! You will need clean boots for boot-scootin'.
• The town council has just voted to allow construction of a WalMart on your neighbor's property! Oh no! Will you grant an easement over your strawberry fields for the parking lot?
• ***** has just finished work on her Nursery Barn and is about to move her baby alpacas inside! Yay! She is so happy they want to give YOU a baby animal!
